Urban Financial Services Coalition Omaha Chapter, Inc. (UFSCOC) is one of 41 affiliate chapters in the Urban Financial Services Coalition, a national organization established in 1974 as the National Association of Urban Bankers. When minority bankers from different parts of the country began to discover the value of information-sharing among associates from city to city, they organized local chapters into a national network under the umbrella of NAUB. In May 2000 the organization expanded to encompass the entire financial services industry and changed its name to reflect its industry-wide focus.

Over the years, UFSC has truly evolved to meet the needs of the dynamic industry which it serves. This organization has become an all encompassing association for individuals in the Banking, Insurance, Brokerage, Securities and other sectors in the financial services industry.
